WHAT'S MY 2 CENTS?
GET EDUCATED. READ THE LABEL.
What's the big deal about reading labels? A lot more than you might think. We've all been there...you go to the grocery store go to the grocery store, pick up a product, and try to read the nutrition facts on the back. Your eyes slowly start to glaze over because you cannot for the life of you figure out what the heck is actually in the product? There is no need to struggle on your own! Our world is getting so complex, and you just want simple answers. So, why not leave that up to someone who is passionate about researching products, and can help you with your own ingredient questions. Let me help you DECIPHER THE COMPLICATED and to SIMPLIFY your health needs.
Balance...balance...balance...that is the name of the game in life, so let's continue this theme into viewing a label. Ingredients should have their own sort of balance, one that is balanced for your body type, your skin type, and your unique situations. So, that is why it is so important to have a wide variety of products to choose from. Not everyone has the same needs from a product.
If you remember nothing else from this,PLEASE remember that the ingredients list on any label, be it food, vitamin supplements, or skin and body care, is the first place you should read. The fat, protein, and carbohydrate sections are also very important, but the ingredient list is really the "guts" of everything.
